Booking Confirmation

Once you have booked a session, you will receive an automatic email booking confirmation with the details of your upcoming session including the zoom link. If you don’t see it in your email inbox, please check your junk folder.

Cancellations

The fee for your session is non-refundable.

However, you may re-schedule your session up to 48-hours prior to your scheduled session time, learn more about rescheduling your session below.

Rescheduling

Sessions can only be rescheduled within 48-hours of your appointment.

No exceptions.

You may re-schedule your session up to 48-hours prior to your scheduled session time. To re-schedule your session, click on the re-schedule link provided in your original booking confirmation email. You will then simply select a new time on the calendar for your session. You will receive a new booking confirmation email containing a new link for your session with Dr. Lotte.

Arriving Late to your session or missing your session

If you are late to arrive to session, your session time will be shortened if there is another session booked straight after yours.

If you are more than 10-minutes late to your session, your session is considered a no-show & you will not be refunded.

If you miss your session altogether you will not be able to reschedule your session nor will you be refunded.

Please understand and honor that Dr. Lotte’s time is reserved for your session. Dr. Lotte spends time in preparation before your session and is still present to your allotted time even when you miss your scheduled session, therefore she must be compensated for her time and energy.

Therefore we urge you to add your scheduled session to your calendar upon booking so you do not miss your session with Dr. Lotte.

Understand You will be Charged for your session now

You are purchasing a ticket to an event, a session with Dr. Lotte, and therefore you are charged at the time of booking. This is no different than purchasing a spot in a concert, workshop, class, educational session, movie ticket, theatre ticket, etc.

No Refunds

Your session with Dr. Lotte is no different than attending a live event, if you do not like the outcome of your session you will not be refunded. This is no different than if you went to a concert, workshop, class, educational session, movie ticket, theatre ticket, etc. If you did not enjoy what you experienced at one of these events, you would not receive your money back as you still partook in the experience of the services.

Neither Divine Spiritual Essence nor Ann Charlotte Valentin will be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, special, exemplary or other damages that may result from the services provided or from your failure to seek professional medical advice as appropriate, including but not limited to economic loss, injury, illness or death. You alone are responsible and accountable for your decisions, actions and results in life. You agree not to attempt to hold us liable for any such decisions, actions or results, at any time, under any circumstance. Divine Spiritual Essence does not promise or guarantee any changes. There is no guarantee that you will heal a terminal illness, change your mental status, or change anything medically. You should always consult a medical doctor or medical specialist for specific medical advice regarding your individual situation. Although Ann Charlotte Valentin also works as a physician, you acknowledge and understand you are seeking her services as a healer, health consultant and medium. Her work performed as a healer, health consultant and medium should not be construed as providing medical advice. Lotte has a separate practice where she works as a Naturopathic Medical Doctor. When Lotte works as a medium, health consultant and spiritual healer, as with any medium, health consultant or spiritual healer, she cannot predict, forecast, diagnose, or provide information with absolute certainty. Without limitation, I understand and agree that neither Divine Spiritual Essence and Ann Charlotte Valentin, nor any associates, employees, agents or representatives thereof, nor any guest lecturers, teachers, or healers is liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental damage, injury, death, loss, delay, or inconvenience of any kind which may be occasioned by reason of any act or omission, including, without limitation, any willful or negligent act or failure to act, or breach of contract
